This is a must read for anyone that wants to understand as much as they can about Androgenetic Alopecia. We will soon be posting a second part to this article having to do with treatment options.
One very interesting point from the article is the idea that it may be possible that the miniaturization process that has up till now thought to have been a gradual process that occurs over successive hair cycles, may actually happen much more quickly -- perhaps even in one cycle after the hair goes into telogen phase. If this is true then it makes it that much more important that one do something as soon as possible to halt the progression of hair loss. I think Minoxidil and Propecia should be considered by everyone that has androgenetic alopecia. It will be interesting to see what the follow-up article suggests.
Enjoy the article, and remember that you saw it here, and heard about the follow-up before any other site dedicated to hair loss.
I'm certain that other sites will want to add this to their libraries as it is a great overall article.
Regards,
Sam
