Sleeping and hairloss (ONE THIRD of your life)

Post by cuebreeze »

Id like to discuss possible ways of treating hairloss while we sleep.

This sounds like crap at first but considering it takes up a LARGE portion of our life, i think its worth exploring a little.

I started thinking about this after talking with my best mate (who has VERY VERY thick hair with a low hairline) about his secret to good sleep. (he also has minor chronic fatigue.

Ok so here is the differences between our sleep patterns...

Me... Sleep on my stomach with head to the side and tilted forward. I also breath mainly thru my mouth and a little thru the nose. (i dont sleep very well)

My Mate... Sleeps on his back with head tilted backwards and breathes mainly thru his nose.

Now what i can take from that....

When i tilt my head back i feel the skin on my scalp loosen up a little in the mpb area and alot around the sides and back. (also if your feel your scalp and face your will feel some muscles change position).

Sleeping takes up 8 hours of our life every single day and if there was a way i could sleep to help my hair id love to try it.

Aside from sleeping, me and my friend are VERY similar in most aspects of our life. (if anything im alot healthier).

I sleep like your mate, on my back and I breathe though my nose, I am thinning and will be bald eventually if I cannot fix this. I don't think sleep has anything to do with hair loss but if you want to be working on your scalp while you sleep, I guess some kind of topical would do it.
