Female pattern in males - possible ?

Hey guys.

I apologize for this being a boring post, but I hope people could help me out a bit, cause this has really been disturbing my (beautiful) mind.
Do you guys think it is plausible that a guy or a male could have the same pattern hair loss that a female?????????
The reason I ask is because I think this might be the case for me. My hairline does not receede, nor my temples, but instead I thin out in a typical female pattern. Starting in the vertex area then moving forward towards and just now reached the hairline, and a bit down in the back of my head, like in many of the typical female patterns I see around. Thoughts anyone ?

YES...I believe it is possible. In my experience it is also the easiest hair loss to treat.

Thanks for the respond Zix! You say its the easiest to treat, but do you think it should be treated like any mpb? Or should my focus be slightly different? mainly estrogen and andro perhaps ?

Hi no have you been to a doctor or tricholigist although it sounds like female pattern hairloss which is sometimes more diffuse thinning.

No I have not, they are all useless on the hairloss field here.. But I plan to go and demand being tested properly. Yes it is very similiar with the female pattern, which makes me wonder if I should tackle this in a regular matter or not. Any guidance would be appreciated.
