Cuebreeze... update on occluding?

Hey, man... still doing it? Still shedding? Any new news or usage protocols/frequencies?

For those of you that don't know, "occluding" is the practice of using a blood pressure cuff to "work out" muscles, and it's been experimented with by some on the scalp muscles.

Nar, sad to say i stopped doing it a while ago.

I kept it up for about 2 months with the blood pressure cuff and it did seem to be working but it was followed by a pretty big shed and like most things, a shed can scare you away (even tho it mite be doing you good =()

So sorry i cant give a defenite answer.

My latest has been dermarolling while adding vitamin c powder (the pure fresh %&$!). Its reduced itch etc and im using it based on a skin study that said it increased derma papilla size. My hair is looking great since starting and shedding has stopped. Fingers crossed.

I also have all the gear to make a suction cap for my whole scalp but havent had time to put it all togethor.
