Topical?

I'm looking to add a topical to my regime. There is a bald stop developing at the back of my head and i'm looking for something which could help thicken it up and I could use alongside lasers. I do use folligen as it helps thicken my hair cosmetically but IMO that is all it really does. I also use Scalpure, however this is because I like the way it makes my scalp and hair feel and not really looking to it for regrowth. Looking and reading around it seems only minox helps with regrowth/thickening up obviously provided you are a good responder to it. I did dabble with minox about a year OK, however the itch was unbearable and don't think my scalp was able to tolerate it. Is there anything else out there which people have found to help?
